One Desk Warranty

1. One Desk Warranty will cover the lifting mechanism and the motor for 4 years.
2. One Desk Warranty will cover missing materials from the products at the time of delivery.
3. One Desk Warranty will cover defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery.
4. One Desk Warranty will cover major defects in the functionality of the lifting mechanism.
5. One Desk Warranty will cover the control panel for 1 year at the time of delivery, manufacturing defects only.
6. One Desk Warranty will cover the tabletop for 1 year at the time of delivery, manufacturing defects only.
7. One Desk Warranty will cover all non electronic accessories for 7 days at the time of delivery.

Subjected to the following

1. Replaced parts will be recollected by One Desk.
2. Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by One Desk
3. To benefit under this warranty, One Desk must be notified of any defect within 1st week of the occurrence of such defect via images or videos of the relevant defect sent electronically to One Desk Authorized Dealers

Things that are not included in One Desk warranty

1. Wear & Tear of ALL One Desk or the accessories caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes.
2. Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.
3. Damages caused to the One Desk or the accessories during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided.
4. Damages caused to the One Desk or the accessories during self-modification.
5. 1000+ Tabletop Laminate Designs

OneDesk Singapore allowed our beloved customers to customize and select their table top lamination design from different laminate suppliers, do take note that One Desk price may vary due to the different cost of the lamination design.

*One Desk reserves the rights to determine if a replacement is to be given for severe defects. This will be on a case by case basis.*

Additional warranty notes

1. One Desk reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
2. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the manufacturing defects only
3. In the scenario where One Desk determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material will be borne by One Desk.
4. Replaced parts may vary in color and texture to the original.
5. Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance.
6. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
7. Warranty covers parts replacement, labor and transportation.

Effective One Desk warranty date

• The warranty is effective as of the date of delivery.

Extended One Desk warranty 

1. Customers need to sign up for ONE DESK WARRANTY at the time of delivery. 
2. Customers who signed up for ONE DESK WARRANTY will enjoy :
   A. Free One Desk Membership
   B. 3 years additional warranty of the lifting mechanism and the motor at the time of delivery.
   C. 2 years warranty of tabletop instead of 1 year at the time of delivery.
   D. 1 FREE tabletop upgrade in the 5th year at the time of delivery.
   
   *FREE tabletop upgrade :
   Customers will need to contact the authorized dealer whom you purchased One Desk from within 6 months of the time of eligibility, on the 5th year.
3. All Extended One Desk Warranty will cover manufacturing defects only.
4. Things that are out of One Desk Warranty will be out of One Desk Extended Warranty. Please check onto the list above. 
5. Any manufacturing defects of the upgraded tabletop must be notified to One Desk within 1st month of the occurrence of such defect via images or videos of the relevant defect sent electronically to One Desk Authorized Dealers whom the customer purchased One Desk from. 

Accept extended warranty and membership

1. All One Desk members who accepted the T&C from One Desk Warranty Registration allow One Desk to send company and product updates to members’ email address and members’ contact number.
2. One Desk has the rights to change any of the T&C if there is any necessary amendment needed at any time.
